Key Account Manager - Architectural Lighting - London / South East
Remuneration: Competitive salary + company car + high open-ended /bonus scheme
Architainment Lighting are leading distributors of Solid State (LED) Lighting to the specification and architectural markets in the UK. We are Value Added Resellers for Philips Solid State Lighting and specialize in the Philips SSL and Color Kinetics product ranges of White and RGB LED fixtures, controls and complete systems. Over the last 5 years we have completed an unparalleled portfolio of projects and installations and due to continued growth we now have a vacancy for a Technical Services Engineer to join our expanding team.
Since its formation in 2003, Architainment Lighting, through its close relationships with lighting designers, architects and specifiers, have built up a large project portfolio bridging the architectural and entertainment lighting sectors and covering also corporate art, signage, display and decorative lighting applications. Our products can now be seen on many television productions lighting sets and scenery on a weekly basis; they have been incorporated in major West End theatre sets; installed in leading nightclubs and bars and are regularly supplied to exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and concert tours through many UK rental and production companies.
On the Architectural side, Color Kinetics fixtures are installed in some of the UK’s leading attractions, including The London Eye, Madame Tussauds and The O2. Numerous City headquarters and office buildings utilise Color Kinetics products
to add dynamic lighting effects to their building facades and entrances and many major UK shopping centres and retail outlets, including Harrods, Selfridges, House of Fraser, Accessorize and DAKS, use Color Kinetics products to illuminate their buildings, windows and product displays.
As a Key Account Manager, you will work with a team of dedicated staff to expand and develop the Company’s presence in the market place through new and existing client relationships in this exciting environment. The successful candidate will have a number of years experience in the architectural lighting sector working with the major lighting designers, architects, interior designers and/or specifiers. You will
be able to demonstrate a proven track record, coupled with a clear and defined understanding of the specification process, preferably with your own individual quality client base. You will be a good communicator, with the ability to understand technical issues, and hold a clean driving licence.
