Architainment project recognised in FX awards shortlist 2019

The FX awards celebrate world-class design excellence and the very best interior projects and products. Studio Fractal and its exceptional lighting design for the Royal Opera House have been shortlisted in the Lighting Product Category.

Studio Fractal specified Architainments linear LED solution, Architape, into the refurbished building, and it has been used to illuminate the Bow Street façade of the historic building. The illumination of the building’s exterior is part of a more inviting and community-focused approach of the Royal Opera House, which for the first time in its history will now be open to the public during the day.

It’s fantastic news that the team at Studio Fractal have been shortlisted in these respected awards for their outstanding work at the Royal Opera House. Architainment Lighting is proud to have supported Studio Fractal in this successful project and played a part in the overall completion of this stunning lighting scheme.

Nic Tolkien, Architainment Lighting Managing Director

The awards are judged by a panel of renowned experts from across the contract design industry, including designers, architects, engineers and clients. The winners will be announced at a dedicated ceremony at the end of November, held at the elegant Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
